While we hope you are thrilled with your order, I understand sometimes it's just not right or something may be damaged in transit. In that case, please contact us through email or by phone prior to returning your item. Either an exchange or a store credit will be available for returned items only. We do not resell any items that are ever returned to us.
Products can not be returned after 30 days from delivery. Again, simply call or email us with any issue you may have, and I'll be happy to work with you on returning the product.
